Job Description
- Manage and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address areas needing improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies, and personnel.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, and software.
