Job Title: Cloud SRE Architect

Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

Synechron is looking for an experienced Cloud SRE Architect to lead the design, reliability, and scalability of enterprise cloud platforms. The role focuses on defining reliability standards, driving automation and observability, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance across largescale cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise cloud reliability strategy, SLI/SLOs, and error budgets
• Architect and manage highly available, scalable cloud platforms on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Lead incident response, RCA, and operational readiness processes
• Build and enhance observability frameworks (metrics, logs, traces)
• Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Partner with security and platform teams to enforce cloud security and guardrails
• Act as escalation point for critical production issues

Required Skills

• 12+ years in SRE / Platform / Cloud Engineering
• Strong expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP (EKS/ECS, EC2, S3, VPC, AutoScaling)
• Handson experience with Kubernetes / container platforms
• Strong IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Expertise in monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace)
• Strong automation & scripting skills (Python, Bash)

Good to Have

• Multiregion / multicloud architecture experience
• FinOps & cost optimization exposure
• ServiceNow / ITSM experienc
