Job Description
- First Preference to candidate who have good experience in Utility Maintenance at Automobile equipment production industry.
- Utility & Maintenance: Responsible for infrastructure & Equipment maintenance like 132KV Substation, DG, Transformer, HT/LT-Chiller, UPS, water plant, AHU, Exhaust & ventilation system, Lift, Switchgear like, ACB, VCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCB, and Capacitor bank, O&M of Substation, RMU Panel, Transformer, PCC Panel, APFC Panel, Control Panels, Earthing system etc. Coordination with team for utility/premises services enhancement & Smooth operation of facility. Keeping tracking of all equipment daily checking, PPM & testing as per desire frequency or standard.
- Support for Electrical Breackdown:-Breakdown support and PMI to all utilities - (STP,ETP,UF,RO,Canteen,Chip handling plant, Comp.house,Soft starter, Central & MAE auxiliary Chillers, BMS, Cooling towers, Hot water Plant, DM & DI water plant, DG, AMAX Ventilation system/ panels, Fuel yard electrical system, LPG Vaporisers, MHE,UPS, incinerator, Oxygen plant, support for machine shifting for control wiring connection & disconnection. etc)
- Plant Lighting: -Roof Light, Street light, clean room light, Office light, Over head lights etc.
- Air circulating Fan, Exhaust and Ventilation system: - Roof exhaust, Fan, Air curtain, Smoke extractor unit and ventilation system exhaust, AC. Repair and replacement of ESP, Mist filter, Dust collector.
- Machine Exhaust system: - ESP, Mist filter, Dust Collector, central exhaust etc.
- MIS & Reports: Daily status report, Weekly & Monthly analysis Report. Same report should be timely submitted or precent to client as per SLA.
- Service Standards: Implements expected service standards towards the service providers and sub-contractors. Ensure all work is carried out with the correct H&S standards. All PPE is in place for all service providers on site. Raise any work-related issue immediately so as not to affect to productivity of the work.
- Innovations & service enhancement: Implementing creative ideas for expense optimization, Power & water consumption optimization, training to ground staff for personality development & enhance service level.
