Regulatory bodies.
or
MCA or M. Tech. / MSc/ in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics / Data Science / AI & ML or equivalent degree in above specified discipline from a University / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.
Preferred qualification: MBA (System / Finance / Operations/ Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Preferred Certifications: PMP, CBAP (IIBA), PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ITIL, Prince2, Six Sigma Green Belt, or relevant Cloud Certifications.
Post-Qualification Experience & Specific Skills

Experience:
Mandatory:
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification work experience in IT Domain, with minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst/Lead Business Analyst.
Preferred:
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Technical Exposure: Proven expertise in managing large-scale technical programs with multiple streams of deliverables.
Specific Skills:
Experience in Core Banking transformation, Payments (UPI/Swift), Compliance, Rag Tech, Retail Lending, Digital Lending, Corporate Lending or Customer Lifecycle projects, General ERP / CRM / Web-App development

Job Profile
Mentor and supervise the Business Analyst team involved in several stages of SDLC.
Oversee stakeholder interactions and the complete requirement lifecycle to ensure accurate capture of business intent, regulatory needs, and technical feasibility.
Validate solution designs/solutions documents for scalability, security, and integration, promoting a "product-first" mindset that aligns digital innovations with enterprise architecture.
Lead process analysis across banking domains (e.g., Payments, Lending) to ensure As-Is/To-Be models and gap analyses are data-driven and implementation-ready.
Enforce documentation standards to meet audit and regulatory compliance.
Consolidate team insights to provide strategic advisory to senior management on domain-technology convergence, product enhancements, and market benchmarking.
Drive strict adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all deliverables and monitor performance against regulatory timelines to prevent bottlenecks.
