Job Description

Sutherland is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers for the role of Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service through voice and/or non-voice processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Any Graduate / Any Undergraduate
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Ability to work from office

Skills Required

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Clear and neutral accent (for voice roles)
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior customer service or BPO experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Email and chat support experience
