Job Description

Key F&B Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, providing recommendations, and handling inquiries or complaints.
Operational Service: Setting up tables (mise-en-place), serving food and beverages, refilling items, and managing the 7-step service process.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring the station is clean, and sanitizing tools.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitoring stock levels, reducing waste, and reporting equipment faults.
Sales & Administrative: Recommending menu items to increase sales, processing payments, and managing cashier duties.
Team Collaboration: Supporting team members, mentoring new staff, and following management instructions.
