Job Description

Civil Site Engineer

Company: Multiforce SARL

Location: Kinshasa, DRC Congo

Job Type: 2-year Contract

Experience: 5-7 Years

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at high-rise building sites

- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings for accurate execution

- Monitor work quality, safety standards, and project timelines on site

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers for smooth workflow

- Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and site documentation

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

- 5-7 years of experience in high-rise building construction

- Hands-on experience in concreting, formwork, reinforcement, and site execution

- AutoCAD 2D/3D skills preferable but not mandatory

- Strong problem-solving ability and site management skills

- Good communication and team coordination skills
