Job Description

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Appium Automation Tester to join our QA team and lead the automation efforts for mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Appium for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile experiences.

Design and implement automated test scripts for mobile apps using Appium.
Develop reusable components and maintain automation frameworks for Android and iOS.
Execute functional, regression, and smoke tests across devices and OS versions.
Integrate mobile automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and report defects with detailed documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Maintain test data and support test environment setup for mobile testing

Your profile

Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation.
Strong knowledge of mobile testing concepts (UI, gestures, device compatibility).
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest frameworks.
Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, and mobile emulators/simulators.
Understanding of XPath, accessibility IDs, and mobile locators
