Role: Process Executive Customer Support!

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Support team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills Speak, Read, and Write fluently in English
- Outstanding Customer Handling Skills
- Willingness to Work Night Shifts
- 100% Work from Office Pune Location
What You'll Do:
- Engage with international customers to resolve queries and provide outstanding support.
- Build rapport through active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Deliver solutions by understanding customer needs and navigating internal processes.
- Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and workflows with agility.
Non-Negotiables:
- Fluent English communication is a must
- 100% Work From Office no hybrid or remote option
- Comfortable with night/rotational shifts (US time zones)
- 2 months of training in Mysore Campus
