Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Consultancy Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various client requirements across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per client deadlines.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Experience using job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in consultancy recruitment is an added advantage
