We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager - Quality, with a strong background in quality management. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of products or services.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement and maintain quality management systems, such as ISO 9001:2015.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt would be an added advantage.
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in an international setting.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
