Job Description

Dr.Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Gastro/GP/Cardio Diabetic. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory independently
• Drive prescription generation in Gastro/GP/Cardio Diabetic segment
• Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
• Provide regular market feedback and reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm)
• Experience: 512 years
• Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ ( Chennai )
• Therapy Exposure: Gastro/GP/Cardio Diabetic
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills
• Proven sales and territory handling capability
• Consistent track record of target achievement
