Salary: 3 - 5 LPA (1-2yrs exp- 35k - 40k monthly , 3+Years exp- 45K monthly)

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order to Cash (OTC) Processor to join our Finance Operations vertical. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end billing and contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate invoicing and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Create and manage contract amendments, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data accuracy in ERP/CLM systems.
- Billing Operations: Manage end-to-end billing processes, including timely invoice generation and interpreting contract terms for pricing and schedules.
- Dispute Resolution: Perform billing adjustments and credit notes, and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.
- Tracking & Compliance: Monitor contract milestones and renewals; ensure all processes comply with internal controls and audit requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
- Experience: 15 years in Billing, Contract Management, or OTC Finance operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/CLM tools (Workday experience is a significant plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management.
