Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager

Job Summary:
The CSR Manager will design, execute, and measure social impact programs aligned with our business strategy. Youll lead stakeholder engagement (employees, NGOs, communities, and government bodies), manage budgets and partnerships, ensure compliance, and report impact using recognized frameworks (e.g., SDGs, GRI/ESG). The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop a multi-year CSR strategy aligned to business objectives and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Conduct materiality assessments to prioritize focus areas (education, health, environment, livelihoods, DEI).
Program Design & Delivery
Build high-impact projects with clear logic models (inputs activities outputs outcomes).
Own end-to-end program management: scoping, partner selection, contracting, implementation, and risk management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivate partnerships with NGOs, social enterprises, academic institutions, and local authorities.
Drive employee volunteering and giving programs; design campaigns for participation and recognition.
Measurement & Reporting
Define KPIs, baselines, and targets; implement M&E (monitoring & evaluation) plans, surveys, and audits.
Publish periodic impact reports and dashboards; contribute to sustainability/ESG disclosures.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal policy and applicable regulations; prepare documentation for board/CSR committee reviews.
Maintain ethical supplier and grant due diligence (safeguarding, anti-corruption, data privacy).
Budget & Operations
Manage annual CSR budgets, grants, and spending; track ROI/social return on investment (SROI).
Optimize processes and digital tools for program tracking, volunteer management, and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in Social Work/Public Policy/Development Studies/Business or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, development sector, or grant/program management.
Exposure to frameworks such as SDGs, GRI, UN Global Compact; familiarity with ESG disclosures.
Experience with M&E tools, surveys, and dashboards (Excel/Power BI/impact platforms).
Prior work with NGOs/social enterprises or public-private partnerships is a plus
