Role and key responsibilities:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, youll play a critical role in convincing organizations across India to adopt our clients AI technologies. You will engage outbound prospects across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, spanning across various industries. Youll engage directly with senior technical and strategic personas and be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and moving them through the funnel until conversion for our clients AI technology portfolio, which includes Advanced content intelligence and safety technology, Generative AI personalization and creative automation platform, and Digital human and virtual avatar technology. Youll begin your journey on-site in office, and once you are fully ramped and consistently performing, you will gain the flexibility to transition into a remote or hybrid model.

    • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified B2B leads.
    • Engage and develop interest with senior technical and strategic leaders (CTO, CPO, Head of Engineering, AI/ML leaders).
    • Position our clients AI product portfolio aligned to each prospects industry needs.
    • Create strong first impressions through consultative discovery and high-value conversations.
    • Qualify prospects thoroughly and manage them through the funnel until conversion.
    • Manage pipeline with accurate notes, activity, and forecasting.
    • Research accounts and personalize outreach using insights from public sources, news, hiring patterns, and product activity.
    • Maintain outbound consistency even when facing rejection, showing resilience and adaptability.
    • Collaborate closely with sales leads to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Execute outreach strategies tailored to geographic and industry segments across India

    • Key skills and knowledge:

Early experience or strong interest in B2B prospecting, inside sales, or outbound lead generation.

    • Ability to communicate complex value propositions with clarity and confidence to technical and business leaders.
    • Curiosity for technology, especially emerging fields like AI, ML, content intelligence, and generative experiences.
    • Research-driven mindset for identifying right prospects and tailoring outreach.
    • Strong ability to handle objections and adapt messaging in real time.
    • Resilience, persistence, and a high-energy approach to outbound outreach.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
    • Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
    • Emotional intelligence when dealing with executives, technical teams, and security stakeholders.
    • Excellent organization and follow-through across calls, emails, CRM notes, and sequences.
    • A growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching and feedback.
    • Previous experience prospecting AI, SaaS, data, or platform technologies.
    • Familiarity with buyer personas such as CTOs, Heads of Data, or Platform Engineering leaders.

Experience working with cold lead lists or outbound-only motions.
