Job Title: Planning & Scheduling Lead (Corporate Mumbai)
Role Summary:
A highly experienced professional with 22+ years of experience responsible for leading the planning and scheduling function at a corporate level across multiple projects. The role requires strong leadership to manage teams, drive project timelines, and ensure effective monitoring, tracking, and delay analysis to support timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team for project planning and scheduling across multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and oversee master schedules, baseline programs, and project timelines
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with planned schedules
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure effective project controls, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning and execution issues
- Drive standardization of planning processes and best practices across projects
Key Requirements:
- 22+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling (construction/infra preferred)
- Proven experience in handling multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in project monitoring, tracking, and delay analysis
- Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera / MS Project
