Job Description

An Airtel Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is a frontline role responsible for managing customer experience and driving sales within an Airtel store. Key duties include assisting walk-in customers, resolving service issues and complaints, explaining and selling various Airtel plans and products, and promoting digital services like the Airtel app. The role requires excellent customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills, and often involves a graduate-level education.
