Job Description

Role-EUC Architect.

Experience-10 to 12 years.

Location-Chennai.

Job Requirements-

• Modern device management 
• Zero-trust endpoint controls 
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (where applicable) 
• M365 productivity ecosystem 
• Digital experience monitoring tools 
• Windows/MacOS platform evolution 
• Automation and AI-driven endpoint operations (AIOps) 
• Proactively recommend new technologies, tools, or methods that improve productivity, service quality, performance, or cost efficiency. 
• Evaluate emerging industry trends and recommend adoption plans aligned to business needs. 
• Represent EUC in strategic architecture discussions, roadmaps, and platform design sessions. 
• Ensure technical standards evolve to meet security, performance, and user experience 
• Provide leadership across device build, provisioning, software packaging, image management, and configuration. 

Key Responsibilities-

• Ensure the EUC environment remains secure, stable, and scalable. 
• Lead technical problem investigations related to device, OS, or application performance 
• Knowledge in Zero touch Deployment for IOS and MAC devices
