Job Description
- Drive business growth and achieve all allotted targets while fostering a passion for excellence among all employees under your supervision.
- Lead and motivate staff members to conduct daily marketing, enhancing visibility, and contributing to business development.
- Undertake all assignments provided by RM/ZM/CO to contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Educate customers about the various financial products offered by the company, such as NCDs, sub-debts, gold loan schemes, and insurance services.
Ensure safe transit of gold and cash, maintaining strict security during branch-to-branch or Zonal Office transit.
- Verify and complete all necessary documentation before loan disbursement, securely storing all loan documents.
- Thoroughly verify, check, and appraise all gold ornaments pledged as security for loans.
- Engage staff members in business development and loan recovery initiatives.
Requirement
- The candidates shall be enrolled as Branch Executives.
- The candidate will be placed in Branches near to their home (or within 15km).
- A comprehensive training programme that will expose the employee to various operational branch activities within our organization.
- Candidates will receive a salary & high incentives. Additionally, we will provide TA & DA.
- The candidate is having Paid off days.
- The candidates will also be covered under our ESIC for their safety
