AR Caller Hospital Billing (RCM Process)

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up
• Work on insurance claim status & denial management
• Communicate with US insurance companies (voice process)
• Ensure timely payment collection & resolution

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge in Medical Billing / RCM (preferred)
• Experience in AR Calling is an added advantage
• Freshers with training can also apply
