Job Description

We are hiring for International Voice Process (US Customer Support) in Bangalore. This opportunity is open for experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills and strong customer service orientation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply with min 7 months exp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in US Night Shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
  • Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided
