Job Overview:
As a Senior Delivery Specialist at Tredence, you will lead the delivery of agile projects within the retail sector, ensuring seamless execution and successful adoption of data-driven solutions. Success in this role means effectively managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and delivering impactful outcomes aligned with business objectives. You will serve as a key link between our technology and client teams, driving agility and operational excellence. This position plays a vital role in advancing Tredences mission to deliver practical AI solutions with measurable business impact.
What will your role look like?
- Lead the design and implementation of Agile frameworks tailored to retail projects, driving efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple agile projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and stakeholder communication to maintain team cohesion and project momentum.
- Utilize Jira and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on project status.
- Provide process consulting to optimize workflows and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to safeguard project outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members and clients on agile principles and best practices to foster capability building. You will need:
- Demonstrate 4-8 years of experience in Agile project and program management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Exhibit strong expertise in designing and applying Agile frameworks that drive successful project delivery.
- Apply conflict resolution techniques effectively to maintain productive team dynamics.
- Utilize Jira and MS Azure DevOps (ADO) tools proficiently for project tracking and reporting.
- Deliver process consulting that improves operational efficiency and adaptability.
- Execute risk management strategies to foresee and minimize project disruptions.
- Lead strategic planning efforts that align project goals with organizational priorities. - Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring sessions to develop agile proficiency across teams. Good to Have Skills:
- Hold Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar credentials.
- Possess prior experience working in AI-driven analytics or data science project environments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of software engineering practices to better interface with technical teams.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Show experience in change management initiatives within agile transformations.
