Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive Inbound Voice Process (BPO)
Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Inbound Voice Process) to handle incoming customer calls and provide effective resolutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Deliver high-quality service while meeting defined SLAs
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Shift Details:
- Male candidates: 247 rotational shifts
- Female candidates: Day shift (rotational)
Working Days:
- 6 days working
- Rotational weekly off
Qualification:
- Graduate (freshers can Apply)
- Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience mandatory
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to 25,000 (In-hand)
- No cab facility provided
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office location
