Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects including S/4HANA / ECC implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and AMS transitions
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate SAP functional, technical, BASIS, integration, and testing teams
- Manage stakeholder communication across business, IT, and external partners
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP) and internal governance
- Oversee project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, project charters, status reports, and sign-offs
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress and executive-level updates
- Drive change management, user adoption, training coordination, and cutover planning
- Ensure quality delivery and compliance with internal and external standards
- Manage vendor and partner performance, contracts, and deliverables
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management skills with proven experience managing SAP projects
- Solid understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and transformation programs
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities
