Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 13 years of experience specializing in SuccessFactors Recruiting and OnBoarding. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing recruiting solutions. Experience in the medical devices domain is a plus. This role requires a proactive approach to enhance our recruiting processes contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting solutions using SuccessFactors to enhance the hiring process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruiting solutions with existing systems.
- Analyze and optimize recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide technical expertise in SuccessFactors ensuring best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to recruiting systems promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SuccessFactors and apply them to improve system functionality.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure all recruiting solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes driving innovation and efficiency.
- Work closely with the HR team to understand recruiting challenges and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities.
- Have a background in the medical devices domain which is considered an advantage.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.
- Display a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
