Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our customers.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business through effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Familiarity with retail sales principles and practices is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
