Job Description

We are hiring for International Chat and Voice Process (US Customer Support) in Bangalore. This opportunity is open for experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills and strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats for US customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply with min 7 months exp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in US Night Shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
