Location: Hyderabad

Channel: International Voice Process Language: English

Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA Voice) for our international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls
Contact existing and prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Resolve customer queries related to products and services
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate customer records

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required
Excellent English communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
