Job Description

Job Title: DGM Corporate Quality

Job Summary

The DGM Corporate Quality will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to drive training programs in Lean Six Sigma, analytics, digital transformation, and related disciplines, with a strong passion for designing and delivering high-impact learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and support structured, outcome-focused training programs aligned with organizational performance goals.

2. Modernize learning delivery by leveraging digital platforms, tools, and blended learning methods for scalable capability building.

3. Ensure all initiatives incorporate practical, real-world applications to enable immediate on-the-job impact.

4. Support and partially lead initiatives to build organizational CI capability, embedding standard methodologies and best practices.

5. Coach and mentor teams in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques to drive execution discipline.

6. Promote and enable data-driven decision-making to enhance operational excellence across functions.

7. Apply strong AI and analytics acumen to enhance the organizations CI DNA, enabling faster and predictive insights.

8. Embed intelligence into problem identification, solution design, and control mechanisms to drive sustainable and scalable improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in training design, facilitation, or capability development
  • Working knowledge of AI, analytics, and digital tools applied to process improvement
  • Proven ability to coach teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

  1. Education: Any Bachelor's or Masters degree
  2. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a BPO environment
  3. Certifications: Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from a recognized institution
  4. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power Bi).
  5. Good understanding of AI and leveraging it for day-day operations.
