Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Schedule and manage interview processes
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
• Handle offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
• Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and company policies
