Relocation: Candidates currently in India can relocate to USA
Visa Requirement: Valid H1B Visa Stamping (Mandatory)
Experience: 10+ Years Experience
Domain: Banking / Financial Services / BFSI

Job Description:

• We are seeking experienced Techno Functional Consultants and Functional Consultants with strong Banking domain expertise for client engagements in the USA.
• The Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Banking domain
• Strong functional knowledge of banking products and operations
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Support SQL queries, reporting, debugging, data validation
• Coordinate with developers and architects for solution delivery
• Experience in system implementation / upgrade / migration projects
• Support end-to-end SDLC / Agile delivery lifecycle
• Similar banking consultant roles emphasize translating business needs into functional designs and supporting integrations across lending, deposits, accounts, and finance modules.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business administration preferred.

Experience in Core Banking platforms such as:

• Temenos
• Finacle
• Flexcube
• FIS / Fiserv
• Mambu
• SQL / PL-SQL
• APIs / Web Services / Microservices
• Data Mapping
• Integration Testing
• Jira / Confluence
• Basic cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure)
