Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong Technology background with 10 to 15 years of proven expertise in project management and technology in payments Domain. The ideal candidate will facilitate end-to-end software delivery & implementation using Agile methodology, strong technology know-how and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
o Oversee end-to-end project management, including project planning, documentation, tracking, budgeting, stakeholder management, vendor management, and release management.
o Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
o Ensure the team adopts and adheres to Agile principles and practices effectively.
o Protect the team from ad hoc requests and uncontrolled work demands from business or management.
o This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving continuous improvement within teams and organizations.
Stakeholder management:
o Co-ordinate with banks product teams, Operations team, Payment product vendors, partner systems, production support teams etc.
o Prepare and drive end-to-end project implementation with all stakeholders
Technology expertise:
o Strong knowledge of Java, Oracle, Cloud architecture
o Strong know-how of WAS, MQ, Linux, Kafka, Certificates, API technologies
o Knowledge of basic networking concepts, technology architecture, Oracle GG
Domain Expertise:
o Bring strong knowledge of BFSI payment processes, with a focus on the payments domain. Knowledge of Indian Payment systems UPI and IMPS will be added advantage.
