Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer with strong expertise in CNC wire forming and bending solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, providing technical consultation to customers, and delivering customized manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales and relationship management skills to drive business growth.


Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Engagement: Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers while managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Technical Consulting: Understand customer manufacturing requirements and recommend tailored CNC wire forming and bending solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations & Proposals: Deliver product presentations and conduct live or virtual machine demonstrations. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and machine layouts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in CNC technologies.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Revenue and sales target achievement; Customer acquisition and retention; Conversion rate from leads to sales.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC machinery (specifically wire bending, spring coiling, or tube bending) and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industrial equipment sales, machine tools, or cutting tools.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, particularly in B2B, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

  • Professional Polish: Professional approach and strong interpersonal skills.
