Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect
Location: Pune, Kothrud
Experience: 9-15 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect with strong expertise in
designing and delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions. The role involves:
- Hands-on experience with modern architectures, deep technical knowledge, and
the ability to provide architectural leadership for complex projects,
- Documenting the As-Is architecture,
- Assessing system dependencies,
- Identifying risks, and
- Defining a strategic modernization and integration roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design and delivery of scalable and secure cloud-based
solutions.
- Define and implement cloud migration strategies and modernization roadmaps.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and
engineering teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Drive adoption of microservices, containerization and serverless
architectures.
- Create and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, including layered
diagrams, application dependency matrices, and integration maps.
- Analyze system usage, redundancy, and incident history to identify high-risk
or low-value systems.
- Recommend application rationalization strategies (keep, renew, retire).
- Define integration strategies using service bus, API gateway, or messaging
middleware.
- Provide strategic roadmaps for modernization, phased rationalization, and
cloud adoption.
- Engage with business users, IT operations, developers, and SMEs to gather
insights.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security, and compliance
requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders in clear,
business-focused language.

Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (hands-on experience
in multi-cloud/hybrid environments).
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman,
etc.).
- Hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core application ecosystems.
- Application Architecture: Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, SOA,
Serverless.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
- Databases & Storage: RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL
(MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra), Data Lakes, Data Warehouses
(Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery).
- Integration & APIs: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, API Gateways, ESB, Kafka,
RabbitMQ.
- Security & Compliance: IAM, OAuth, SSO, Data Encryption, Network Security,
Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001).
- Networking & Infrastructure: VPC, Load Balancers, CDN, DNS, Firewalls,
Cloud Networking.
Required Qualifications:
- 1215 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Solution Architecture
roles.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- TOGAF/Archimate certification preferred.
- Experience in financial services or investment management domain is a plus.
- Proven experience in cloud solution design, migration and transformation
projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) highly preferred.
