Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Translator to join our team in the Patient Care Services department at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have excellent translation skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Translate medical documents, reports, and other patient care-related materials with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication between patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and concepts.
- Provide cultural support and assistance to patients and their families as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English and one or more additional languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
