End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for domestic IT requirements.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri), and internal databases to find candidates.
Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates' technical skills in areas like Data/AI (GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ML, Gen-AI), Digital Engineering (Java, UI, Mobility, Python), and DevOps.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates on pipeline status.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments.
Negotiation & Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate salary terms with candidates.
Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2-7 years of proven experience in IT recruitment for the Indian domestic market.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT skill sets and niche technology trends.
Tools: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Any Graduate.
