Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate (Preferably Male candidates) with Min 3 yrs of experience as HR Generalist.
Effective Communication in Tamil & English to handle both Blue & White Collars
Able to handle employee grievances smartly
Good knowledge in Ms-Office
Criterias
Weekend availability is required, with a flexible weekday off provided.
Availability to work on all national and festival holidays
