Position DescriptionShift Timing: Rotational ShiftEducation Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Position Description:
Mainframe Developer having MF COBOL experience
As a Senior Developer, the task will include
Techno-functional analysis of client reported tickets
Direct interaction with clients to understand their requirement and troubleshoot issues.
Working in rotational shifts (including US business hours) to support clients
Debugging of issues/defects to identify
o Defects in code
o Possible root cause
o Possible fix for the defect
o Possible data fixes/temp patches
Mentoring team members
Must to have skills-
- Cobol, JCL, VSAM, MF COBOL
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good Technical and analytical skills
- Flexible attitude
Good to have Skills-
- Experience of Payroll ERP systems
- Analytical Thinking
- Mainframe
