Job Description

Job Summary - Scrum Master

We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, coach teams in Scrum principles, and ensure high-performance delivery cycles. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with Product Owners, business architect, development teams, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative, transparent, and adaptive Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members in Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and refine user stories.
• Track sprint metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and report on team progress and health.
• Support Agile adoption at the team and organizational level.
• Guide teams through Agile maturity stages (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), DevOps, or CI/CD processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile approaches.
• Background in software development, QA, or product management is a plus.
• Cross functional leadership experience across multiple teams.
