Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using machine learning algorithms to improve customer engagement and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) models to analyze user input and generate accurate responses.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chatbot performance, data quality, and system integration.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language with knowledge of NLP libraries such as NLTK or spaCy.
- Experience with large language models like transformers or retrieval augmented generation techniques is an added advantage.
