IntouchCX is hiring experienced professionals for the International Voice Process. We are looking for dynamic candidates with excellent communication skills to support global customers and deliver exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical concerns
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet productivity and performance targets consistently

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
