Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for ETL processes using Snowflake.
Troubleshoot issues related to data migration, loading, and querying in Snowflake database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
Strong understanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) concepts and technologies such as Snowflake.
Experience working on service desk or similar roles providing technical support to customers.
