Essential Job Functions:
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and controls.
Participate in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
Support a team of controllers and accountants, contributing to their development.
Collaborate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Engage with external auditors to facilitate financial audits.
Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls.
Assist in financial analysis to provide decision support.
Promote teamwork and a collaborative environment within the controllership team. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and control functions
Proficiencies in financial reporting, audit compliance, and risk management
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications (e. g. , CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus
