Associate/Senior Associate IT Infrastructure @ GEP

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Managing tickets related to IT Infrastructure [OS, hardware, application level, etc..], Audio/Video Support, Asset Management, Tech Tools support and ensure for timely closure in the tool with defined SLAs.
• User Management: Manage end users and resolve their IT related issues with high satisfaction score, including Sr. Management/VIP users call
• Improve Customer Satisfaction ratings based on quality of service and ticket resolution.
• Ensure for maintaining high scorecard on all security compliance parameters on all end user systems.
• Providing changes related to IT Hardware Asset Inventory with utmost accuracy through IMAC process, in coordination with asset management team.
• Deliver and contribute to end user computing projects, wherever involved.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced candidate in IT Infrastructure domain in End User computing/IT Operations at Sr. Engineer/Jr. engineer level.
• Technical knowledge in IT requirements for End users with good analytical and communication skills.
