Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager IT Solutions to drive new business development and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services or solutions sales, the ability to manage the complete sales cycle, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience in SAP, Databricks, Data Engineering, Cloud, or Analytics solutions will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and technology solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Solution Selling.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales targets and client relationships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience in selling SAP, Databricks, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Analytics solutions.
- Exposure to global markets.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing organizations.
