Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager - Corporate Quality
Job Summary
The Senior Manager Corporate Quality will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to drive CI DNA Building Initiatives. This role will drive continuous improvement programs, ensure substance of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in organizing and driving CQ initiatives including project plan creation, governance, stakeholder management, toll gate reviews and benefit quantification
- Must have Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma Methodology, Handson experience in conducting Lean Six Sigma Trainings such as Yellow Belt/ Green Belt and CQ related trainings.
- Mentor and support candidates in Mentoring Yellow Belt Projects and helping them with closure.
4. Quality Metrics, Reporting & Progress Management: Develop, track, and automate quality and performance metrics in partnership with IT teams.
5. Project governance: Collate and consolidate progress updates; provide periodic, actionable reports to senior management; track outcomes, follow up on actions, and proactively drive initiatives to closure.
- Quality Management Systems: Adhere to quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards. Ensure documentations are ready for audits.
Requirements
- Education: Any Bachelor's or Masters degree
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Process Excellence, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Certifications: Green Belt Certified from a recognized institution.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power Bi).
Nice to Have
Industry Experience: 8+ years of Experience in Quality Management and US healthcare will be an added advantage (preferred Healthcare (RCM) experience, insurance collection business, F&A Order to Cash)
