Job Title: Senior Manager - Corporate Quality
Job Summary
The Senior Manager Corporate Quality will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to drive CI DNA Building Initiatives. This role will drive continuous improvement programs, ensure substance of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
4. Quality Metrics, Reporting & Progress Management: Develop, track, and automate quality and performance metrics in partnership with IT teams.
5. Project governance: Collate and consolidate progress updates; provide periodic, actionable reports to senior management; track outcomes, follow up on actions, and proactively drive initiatives to closure.

Industry Experience: 8+ years of Experience in Quality Management and US healthcare will be an added advantage (preferred Healthcare (RCM) experience, insurance collection business, F&A Order to Cash)
