GET Quantity Surveyor
(Designation will be decided post technical evaluation and current designation of the individual)
B.E. /B. Tech Civil
Skills needed
Preferred - MS office, AutoCAD proficiency
Should have Good communication skills
- Moderate level of MS office, AutoCAD proficiency
-Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and
-measurement for RCC and steel structure Operational Requirement
-Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.
-Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.
-Knowledge of Project Planning
-Good Knowledge in Quantity Estimation of all Items which includes
-Earthwork, Concrete, Shuttering, Steel, Masonry, Plaster etc. & Finishes Items
-Good Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule for Steel Calculation
-Good Knowledge in doing the Reconciliation of Materials such as Concrete, Steel, Cement .
Major Roles and responsibilities
-Candidate shall be knowing the Cement Consumption Factor of all the items
- wherever cement is applicable Candidate shall be knowing the Factors such as kg / sqft, cum / sqft on builtup area
- Good Knowledge in Contract Conditions (Pre & Post Contracts)
-Good Knowledge in Contractor & Client Billing
- Good Knowledge of all parts mentioned in IS Code 1200 for mode of
measurement
For Freshers CTC is fixed 4 LPA
