Job Title: HRBP Executive (Human Resources Business Partner)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HRBP Executive to partner with Operations teams and drive employee engagement, resolve HR concerns, and support the implementation of HR strategies. This role acts as a key bridge between employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and stakeholders
- Engage with employees through structured interactions and regular connect sessions
- Handle employee queries and case resolutions via calls and virtual meetings
- Drive engagement initiatives such as Town Halls, Skip-Level Meetings, and Focus Group Discussions
- Facilitate effective conversations between employees and managers
- Act as the Voice of Employees by capturing feedback and ensuring timely resolution
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives across the organization
- Provide inputs to improve HR processes, policies, and engagement strategies
- Plan and execute employee engagement calendars and activities
- Prepare and share weekly HR reports and insights with management
- Build a positive, high-energy, and trust-driven work culture
Candidate Requirements
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or Graduate in a relevant field
- Experience: 0-1 years in HRBP or similar HR role
- Strong experience in employee engagement and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of empathy, maturity, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Good email etiquette and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
