We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of International Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries over calls and providing effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Follow company guidelines and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

CTC: Up to 4.6 LPA (based on experience)

Location: Hyderabad
