Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in a call center environment, including at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International Voice Process
- Must have managed a team size of 2025 associates (HC)
- Prior experience or exposure to US clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards, and managing bottom-quartile team members
- Well-versed with feedback mechanisms and driving performance improvement plans
- Ability to provide inputs on process improvements and identify opportunities
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts (starting post 5 PM)
- Flexible and ready to work additional hours as required
Preferred candidate profile
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis
- Ability to work complete night shifts
- Proven experience in people management and team handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
